Sunflower Wellness has launched an Employee Referral Program across our Golden, Louisville, and Hudson facilities. We believe our best hires often come from recommendations by team members who understand our culture and what it takes to succeed in biotech manufacturing.
Employees who refer successful candidates are eligible for a $750 referral bonus, paid in two installments upon training completion and 90-day employment milestones.
