Senior Scientist - Upstream Processing

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative Senior Scientist to lead our upstream process development. In this role, you will design experiments and drive the strategy for cell line development, ensuring our production processes are cutting-edge and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cell line development initiatives from conceptualization to execution.
Design and execute complex experiments to optimize cell culture conditions.
Develop and refine media formulations to maximize yield and cell viability.
Establish and optimize bioreactor strategies and scale-up parameters.
Analyze data, author technical reports, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.
Extensive hands-on experience in upstream bioprocessing and bioreactor operation.
Deep understanding of cell metabolism and media formulation.
Proven track record of designing effective, scalable cell culture processes.
