About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician ensures our operations never miss a beat. You will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical biotech manufacturing equipment and building systems to support our 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on critical manufacturing and laboratory equipment.
  • Provide rapid, on-the-floor response to mechanical or systemic equipment issues.
  • Maintain and monitor core building systems (HVAC, water purification, utility systems).
  • Document all maintenance activities in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience maintaining equipment in a regulated biotech, pharma, or industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 facility operations.
