Manufacturing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to execute critical biomanufacturing processes in our state-of-the-art cGMP facility. You will play a hands-on role in supporting both upstream and downstream operations to ensure the highest quality of production.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily biomanufacturing processes in strict adherence to cGMP guidelines.
Support upstream operations including media preparation and cell culture maintenance.
Assist in downstream operations such as harvest, purification, and final formulation.
Maintain accurate and real-time batch records and manufacturing documentation.
Ensure the manufacturing environment remains clean, sterile, and compliant with safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
Prior experience working in a cGMP facility is highly preferred.
Familiarity with cell culture and purification processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Flexibility to work across different shifts as required by production schedules.
