About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will be the bridge between development and manufacturing. You will be responsible for optimizing bioprocesses, leading tech transfers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing bioprocesses to improve yield, efficiency, and scale.
  • Provide robust technical support to day-to-day manufacturing operations.
  • Lead tech transfer activities from R&D into the cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • Conduct process characterization studies and root-cause analysis for manufacturing deviations.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to streamline production.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience in bioprocess optimization and scale-up.
  • Experience with technology transfer in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
